加速康复外科理念在泌尿外科围手术期护理中的应用现状与研究进展

Abstract
加速康复外科(ERAS)是基于循证医学的围术期管理理念,旨在通过优化措施减轻应激、缩短康复周期。其在泌尿外科多种手术中的应用显示,可改善术后恢复、减少并发症、控制医疗成本。本文综述ERAS在泌尿外科围术期护理中的应用现状与核心措施,以推动其规范化和个体化发展。
