敌草快农药中毒致急性肾衰竭合并中央髓鞘溶解1例临床分析

Abstract
敌草快作为除草剂被广泛用于农作物除草，但该除草剂毒性非常强，且没有特效解毒剂，一旦口服敌草快，急性中毒死亡率非常高。本文报道1例敌草快农药中毒发生急性肾衰竭合并中央髓鞘溶解的病例，经过医院积极洗胃、导泻、血液灌流+血液透析、促进毒物排出、抗氧化、丙种球蛋白冲击治疗、抗癫痫、维持酸碱水电解质平衡等综合治疗，患者治愈出院。
