种植牙术后早期失败的研究进展——基于 CiteSpace的可视化分析

Abstract
目的：通过文献计量学方法分析种植牙术后早期失败相关研究的热点和发展趋势，为临床提供循证依据。方法：在Web of Science核心合集数据库中检索2000—2025年发表的种植牙术后早期失败相关文献，借助CiteSpace软件对文献发文量、作者、发文机构、发文国家/地区、共被引期刊、共被引作者、共被引参考文献、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果：纳入420篇文献，发文量在过去25年呈现稳定上升趋势，其中2024年达到峰值；涉及53个国家/地区，1150个机构，1740位作者。高频关键词前三为：dental implants、immediate loading、early loading。研究热点集中于种植体相关基础研究、种植牙临床效果研究、种植牙修复时机及方式、种植牙相关技术等多维度研究。结论：种植牙术后早期失败的相关研究热度持续攀升，当前研究正朝着技术创新与多学科交叉方向深入发展。未来需进一步加强国际协作与跨学科融合，以推动种植牙技术的革新与临床治疗方案的优化。
