血液系统恶性肿瘤患者呼吸道病毒感染的临床特征分析

Abstract
血液系统恶性肿瘤（HMs）患者因免疫抑制成为重症呼吸道病毒感染的高危人群。本文基于第10届欧洲白血病感染大会（ECIL-10）指南与最新文献，综述常见HMs合并呼吸道病毒感染的流行病学、临床特征与风险因素。常见病原体包括呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）、流感病毒(IFV)及严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒 2(SARS-CoV-2)。分析表明，高龄、淋巴细胞严重减少以及接受嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)免疫疗法是共同的高危因素。本文强调应建立风险分层管理策略，强化早期诊断与干预，推动快速分子诊断与新型抗病毒治疗研究。
