新型嵌银纤维袜套对足癣病的疗效研究

Abstract
目的:分析新型嵌银纤维袜套对足癣治疗效果的影响。方法:选取佛山市中医院2024年6月到2025年6月收治的40例足癣患者,按分层随机分组法分对照组、观察组均20例。两组均行联苯苄唑乳膏治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加上使用银纤维袜套。对比两组患者干预前后的临床疗效、症状评分、体征评分、复发情况、不良反应。结果:干预后观察组症状评分、体征评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:新型嵌银纤维袜套协同抗真菌药物能提升足癣的治疗效果。
