OSAHS相关性偏头痛与认知障碍的研究进展

Abstract
近年来,越来越多的研究表明,OSAHS、偏头痛与认知障碍之间存在着复杂的关联。OSAHS导致的间歇性缺氧、睡眠结构紊乱等病理生理改变,可能通过多种机制影响大脑的正常功能,进而增加认知障碍的发生风险;偏头痛发作时引起的神经血管功能紊乱、炎症反应等,也可能对认知功能产生不良影响。此外,OSAHS 与偏头痛还可能相互影响,共同加重对认知功能的损害。深入研究OSAHS相关性偏头痛与认知障碍之间的关系,有助于揭示这三种疾病的发病机制,为早期诊断、干预和治疗提供理论依据,对于改善患者的预后、提高生活质量具有重要的临床意义。同时,也有助于拓展我们对睡眠呼吸障碍、头痛疾病与神经系统功能之间相互关系的认识,为相关疾病的综合防治策略制定提供新的思路和方向。
