TLR8在脓毒症发病机制中的研究进展

Abstract
脓毒症的定义为宿主对感染的反应失调导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,其发病机制复杂,其中免疫抑制机制在脓毒症中发挥重要作用。Toll样受体是最早发现的模式识别受体,其在识别病原体及影响免疫应答方面具有重要作用。Toll样受体8(Toll-like receptor 8,TLR8)是Toll样受体家族的一员,通过识别配体激活信号级联反应,导致促炎因子的产生,使淋巴细胞产生适应性的抗原特异性免疫反应,最终清除入侵的病原体,从而发挥抗病毒、抗细菌感染的作用。本文围绕Toll样受体8在脓毒症信号转导过程中的研究进展进行综述,以期为脓毒症的早期诊断及治疗提供新思路。
