腹主动脉瘤不同术式的预后研究

Abstract
腹主动脉瘤(AAA)作为一种极易导致主动脉破裂出血的高危疾病。随着年龄增长,发病率逐渐升高[1],且病死率较高。尽管其诊疗水平显著提高,该病起病隐匿,且易引起破裂,从而引起高死亡率。AAA手术方式包括开放修复术(OSR)及腔内修复术(EVAR),部分稳定、直径较小的AAA,可适当进行保守治疗。其中,OSR作为传统标准术式,效果显著,而EVAR作为新兴微创术式,创伤较小,极具恢复优势。然而,针对AAA术式的选择及两种术式的预后差异,始终存在争议；AAA患者选择手术方式的不同,其治疗优势及术后恢复效果具有一定差异,因此,通过对围术期恢复、术后并发症及生存质量的研究,对于不同术式的预后效果的研究极为重要。现对OSR及EVAR两种术式的预后及效果进行总结归整。
