125I粒子抑制肺腺癌细胞A549增殖的研究

Abstract
目的:探究125I粒子对肺腺癌细胞A549增殖的抑制作用。方法:体外实验使用A549细胞分别接受125I粒子不同剂量的辐射刺激,具体分组如下:0cGy、400cGy和800cGy组。细胞照射完成后采用CCK8实验及细胞克隆形成实验方法检测细胞活力及细胞克隆能力。结果:CCK8实验结果显示,随着辐射剂量的加大,细胞活力均逐渐下降(与0cGy组相比,400cGy和800cGy组的细胞活力分别为84.194%±2.258和68.454%±5.465),差异有统计学意义;细胞克隆形成实验结果显示,随着辐射剂量的加大细胞克隆能力均逐渐下降(0cGy、400cGy和800cGy组分别对应的细胞克隆团数为134.667±8.737个、94.333±4.041个和60.333±5.508个),差异有统计学意义。结论:125I粒子抑制肺腺癌细胞的活力及克隆形成能力,从而发挥了抑制肺腺癌细胞生长的作用。
