胃食管反流病维医证候分布特点及其治疗核心处方的作用机制预测

Abstract
目的：总结分析维吾尔医药治疗胃食管反流病的证候分布特点,探究其治疗核心处方的作用机制,为临床治疗及前期研究提供参考。方法：回顾性调查2013-2018年自治区维吾尔医院确诊的胃食管反流病患者,统计四诊信息的频数与频率,进行聚类分析及处方用药数据挖掘,并借助网络药理学预测核心处方作用机制。结果：聚类分析527例患者维医症候及参考专家指南,得出胃食管反流病维医症候分布特点,包括咸味黏液质型等5种。经数据挖掘得到121个处方、135味维药,核心处方为玫瑰花等5味药。网络药理学预测核心药物组中部分化合物作用于EGFR等靶点发挥抗反流作用。讨论：聚类分析对本病维医证候分型标准化有参考价值,网络药理学为维医治疗提供新思路。
