ID及IDA对儿童大脑发育影响的研究进展

Abstract

铁缺乏(iron deficiency anemia,ID)和缺铁性贫血(iron deficiency anemia,IDA)是全球范围内最常见的单一营养缺乏性疾病,在孕妇及儿童群体中高发。因该病症具有隐匿性,往往易被忽视,然而一旦发生,将会给儿童的健康以及正常生长发育带来极为严重的影响,尤其是对脑发育有着长期且不可逆的损害,从而出现智能发育落后、倒退甚至行为异常。动物研究和人类研究均发现,经过铁剂补充纠正受损的功能仍然不能完全恢复。因此,本文综述了ID和IDA对儿童大脑发育的影响,从而树立预防大于治疗的观念,积极开展铁缺乏相关疾病的预防和干预、神经发育障碍性疾病的防控,为促进儿童发展提供了全新的思路。
