2020至2024年骨关节炎生物治疗研究概况的文献计量学分析

Abstract
目的:分析2020至2024年骨关节炎生物治疗的研究进展和热点话题。方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,纳入2020年1月1日至2024年11月20日发表的骨关节炎生物治疗相关文献,进行文献计量学分析。结果:共纳入383篇文献,平均被引频次16次,2022年出版文献最多,为59篇。bibliometrix软件分析显示,骨关节炎生物治疗相关硫酸软骨素研究是目前的热点话题 ,此外流行病学和外泌体载药研究也成为一大热点。中国是目前骨关节炎发文量和文献被引用频次最多的国家,意大利学者发文量位居第2位,但高质量的研究成果较少。结论:硫酸软骨素等生物素和骨关节炎流行病学研究是目前骨关节炎生物治疗领域重要和热点研究内容。国内学者应开展多中心合作,以提高研究成果的水平。
