基底前脑谷氨酸和腺苷调控睡眠觉醒周期

Abstract
睡眠是动物界普遍存在的一种行为。无论是高等的哺乳动物、鸟类,还是相 对低等的鱼类、昆虫,甚至没有中枢神经系统的水母,都有睡眠或者类似睡眠的行为。从哺乳动物的睡眠行为、细胞、分子机制等方面,学者们对睡眠觉醒周期已进行了系列研究,证实其生理因素涉及中枢神经系统,神经递质可调控睡眠觉 醒周期维持睡眠稳态。如今发现,基底前脑谷氨酸能神经元可联合腺苷在调节睡眠觉醒中起作用。本文从谷氨酸和腺苷在调控睡眠觉醒周期的效应和机制研究的角度进行综述,以期为睡眠障碍治疗方法的探索与创新提供重要参考。
