肾阻力指数评估脓毒症急性肾损伤的研究进展

Abstract
脓毒症急性肾损伤(AKI)是危重病患者中一种常见且严重的并发症,其及时的识别与评估对改善患者预后至关重要。近年来,肾阻力指数(RI)作为一种无创的超声评估指标,逐渐引起了医学界的关注。RI可以反映肾脏血流动力学变化,帮助临床医生评估肾功能。然而,目前关于肾阻力指数在脓毒症AKI评估中的应用研究仍存在一定的局限性,包括其在不同临床情境下的敏感性和特异性不足等问题。本综述将总结肾阻力指数在脓毒症急性肾损伤评估中的最新研究进展,探讨其潜在机制、临床应用及现有的局限性,为未来在该领域的研究提供理论基础和参考。
