RAR、MAR与急性冠脉综合征的相关性

Abstract
急性冠脉综合征是一组由急性心肌缺血引起的临床综合征。近年来,随着药物及介入治疗的发展,急性冠脉综合征患者的预后得到了很大的改善,但急性冠脉综合征仍是威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一。而识别危险因素和尽早干预是预防急性冠脉综合征的重要措施。炎症反应在急性冠脉综合征发病过程中起着重要的作用。RAR、MAR是近年来的新型联合炎性指标,被证明可以预测严重脓毒症、肝炎、乙肝肝硬化、肺炎等疾病的预后。本文将对两者与急性冠脉综合征的相关性作一综述。
