FXYD6在食管癌中表达及对增殖的影响

Abstract
目的：探究FXYD6在食管癌组织中表达及其对食管癌细胞株TE-1增殖的影响。方法：通过实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)在收集到的15例食管癌患者癌和癌旁组织中检测FXYD6的表达水平；敲低TE-1细胞中的FXYD6；利用CCK-8实验检测敲减FXYD6对TE-1细胞增殖的变化。结果：RT-qPCR结果分析表明,食管癌肿瘤组织中FXYD6 RNA的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(p＜0.05)；CCK-8实验结果分析表明,FXYD6的敲低能够显著降低食管癌TE-1细胞增殖能力(p＜0.05)。结论：FXYD6在食管癌患者的癌组织中表达上调,下调的FXYD6抑制食管癌TE-1细胞增殖的能力。
