精准化整体性护理对糖网黄斑缺血的疗效观察

Abstract
本研究通过在糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑缺血患者中引入精准化整体护理干预后能有效减少在黄斑部中心凹无血管拱环区的面积,从而达到提高视力和改善眼部症状目的。精准化整体性护理干预能在糖尿病视网膜病变所致黄斑缺血的治疗中通过增加患者的信任感和减少患者的焦虑、害怕、抗拒感,更加有效减少治疗后的FAZ拱环区面积,增加黄斑区血供,可以有效提高患者的视力和改善眼部症状,也明显的增加了护理工作的满意度,增加了患者的依从性和后续治疗信心,进一步延缓了此类患者失明风险。
