输血在肝切除治疗肝泡型包虫病中的研究进展

Abstract
肝棘球蚴病(echinococcosis of the liver,LE)又称肝包虫病(hydatid disease of liver),在我国西北畜牧地区广泛流行,青海地区畜牧业的发展,使其发生率较其他地区略高,尤其是肝泡型包虫病,给人们的生活与生命带来了严重的影响。肝切除治疗为目前治疗该疾病最有效的方式,然而,手术方式及肝泡型包虫疾病病情的复杂程度的双重作用下,术中乃至术后输注血液常常出现在该治疗过程当中,血液的输注在保证患者生命的同时,也为患者带来了深深的隐患。目前我国关于肝切除治疗肝泡型包虫病围术期输血的阐述尚不全面,本文将探讨血液输注在手术治疗肝泡型包虫病领域的研究进展,为提高肝泡型包虫病手术的安全性与高效性以及患者的预后与康复提供更好的科学依据。
