三维可视化影像技术在肝肿瘤应用的研究进展

Abstract
医学三维可视化影像技术是指通过以计算机断层扫描CT等获得的二维影像资料为基础,再经过计算机特定的技术处理,最终得到肝脏三维立体模型的影像重建技术。近年来,医学三维可视化影像技术已经广泛应用于临床,特别是在肝脏疾病的诊断和治疗过程中发挥着重要作用,三维可视化影像技术可清晰显示肝内各级门静脉、肝动脉、肝静脉及胆管走行及变异情况;还可显示肿瘤大小、空间位置及与肝脏内脉管系统复杂的毗邻关系。通过肝脏三维立体模型评估肝脏内解剖变异、明确肿瘤的侵犯范围、模拟手术入路、预测术后剩余肝体积等,设计合理的治疗方案,达到缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量、减少术后并发症的发生和增加手术安全性,最终提高患者生存率。
