急性脑梗死血管内治疗的研究进展

Abstract
急性脑梗死的血管内治疗包括静脉溶栓,动脉溶栓,桥接取栓,直接取栓,血管成形和支架置入术,治疗的关键在于早期开通血管,恢复血流,减少脑组织的损伤,特别是颅内大血管急性闭塞导致的脑梗死,血管内治疗可以显著降低死亡率,减轻残疾程度。现围绕急性脑梗死的常见血管内治疗现状进行综述。
