儿童口呼吸早期矫治方法的研究现状

Abstract

口呼吸是儿童常见的呼吸问题,可能导致口腔和颌面部的发育异常,以及儿童的身心健康。早期矫治口呼吸对预防减轻这些潜在危害至关重要,也是目前耳鼻喉科,口腔全科医生和正畸专科医生的研究热点。本研究通过文献回顾儿童口呼吸的早期矫治方法及其治疗现状,发现目前这些方法的适应症选择与时机没有建立统一的标准,随着多种新型矫治器的出现,未来需要进一步探讨这些矫治方法的长期临床效果,以及规范开展儿童口呼吸的早期矫治,保障我国儿童的身心健康发育。
