种植体周围炎治疗策略展望之光动力疗法

Abstract
随着种植牙集采政策的落实,口腔种植修复治疗被越来越多的人选择。然而,种植体周围炎是导致种植修复失败的重要原因之一,有28%-58%的概率发生种植体周围炎[1]。其传统的治疗方法有机械清创、抗菌药物治疗、手术治疗等,但有易损伤种植体表面、产生耐药性及创伤大的缺点。光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)可有效杀灭种植体周围炎致病菌,具有低毒、微创、不产生耐药,因此在种植体周围炎的治疗中具有巨大潜力。
