急性呼吸窘迫综合征发病机制的研究进展

Abstract

急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是一种临床较为常见的肺部疾病,主要是由于肺部炎症或非心源性水肿导致的以顽固性低氧及呼吸困难为主的临床表现的一组综合征,病因可分为肺内因素(直接因素)和肺外因素(间接因素)。ARDS是一种综合征诊断,而不是一种独特的病理实体,因此ARDS 具有很大的异质性。该研究从ARDS发病机制出发,旨在尽早干预肺内外各种因素导致急性呼吸窘迫综合征等方面的研究提供参考。
