LN-5在调控结合上皮附着机制中的效应述解

Abstract

结合上皮(junctional epithelial,JE)角蛋白-19呈强阳性,缺乏K6和K16,与口腔上皮不同。本文综述JE附着机制中层粘连蛋白的作用和内外基质的组成。JE通过内外侧基质附着于牙面和牙龈结缔组织上。内侧基质由透明致密的板块组成,在化学和结构上与外侧基质不同。内侧基质缺乏IV型胶原和LN-1,只含有层粘连蛋白-5(laminin-5,LN-5),这种分子是JE基底板中的一种大分子糖蛋白,能诱导半桥粒形成并促进细胞粘附,促进上皮细胞的附着与增殖。本文介绍了LN体系及其分子链结构,并阐述LN-5在JE基质中的生物学等功能及作用机制,述解了LN-5在JE基质中的生物学等功能。
