TG/HDL-C与2型糖尿病及其并发症的研究进展

Abstract
β细胞功能障碍和胰岛素抵抗(IR)是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的典型特征,甘油三酯/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(TG/HDL-C)可作为IR的替代指标,预测和预防T2DM及其并发症的发生风险。本文就TG/HDL-C与T2DM及其并发症的关系进行综述。
