氯离子通道TMEM16A在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展

Abstract
TMEM16A是一种广泛存在于多种组织细胞的跨膜氯离子通道蛋白,具有重要的生理作用。TMEM16A在多种癌细胞中过表达,与癌症的发生、发展密切相关。探索TMEM16A在人类组织细胞中的分布及其抗肿瘤的作用,对于肿瘤的诊断和治疗来说非常重要。本文主要总结了TMEM16A在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,并且讨论了将TMEM16A作为生物靶点在肿瘤诊断和治疗中发挥的作用。
