颈静脉球解剖异常的临床研究

Abstract
颈静脉球解剖中异常现象发生率较高,形式也存在多样化的特点,其中发生率最高的是颈静脉球高位,并且在临床表现中有很大的差异。颈静脉球解剖的异常情况发生后,很多患者并无明显症状,所以临床关注度比较低,并未对该病症有足够的重视。颈静脉球为颞骨岩部最常见血管异常,治疗过程中一旦没有及时采取干预措施,极易造成中耳、内耳、侧颅底部发生大出血。颈静脉球解剖异常的症状容易被忽视的一个原因,就是被患者存在的其他疾病覆盖。因此,深入研究颈静脉球解剖异常,掌握异常的情况,再针对性采取治疗措施,进而避免发生症状恶化的现象,保障患者生命健康不受影响。
