LAMP5在泛癌发生和发展中的作用及免疫分析

Abstract
目的:探究溶酶体相关膜蛋白5(LAMP5)在泛癌中的预后价值和潜在免疫功能。方法:从TCGA和GTEx数据库获取肿瘤和正常组织LAMP5的表达水平。采用logrank检验和Cox回归分析LAMP5表达与患者生存率的相关性,Kaplan-Meier分析评估数据库中患者的生存期,并绘制生存曲线。采用Timer法及QUANTISEQ法分析该基因表达与免疫细胞浸润及免疫检查点基因的相关性。结果:LAMP5在大多数肿瘤类型中差异表达,不同的瘤种中预测不同的生存状态,在大多数癌症为危险因素。此外,LAMP5的表达与免疫细胞之间调节作用显著相关,与免疫细胞浸润、免疫检查点密切相关。结论:LAMP5与癌症的发生和预后有显著关系,是潜在癌症生物标志物。具有极大免疫功能潜力,可用于开发新的靶向免疫治疗药物。
