HMGA2在宫颈癌中的研究进展

Abstract
HMGA2是一种细胞周期调控蛋白,属于高迁移率A族蛋白家族中的一员,在胚胎的发展过程中高表达,而在成年人正常的组织器官中几乎不存在,在高分化或成熟组织中基本检测不到。此外,HMGA2在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,也与宫颈癌的发生发展、转移、侵袭等方面密切相关。HMGA2的高表达与宫颈病变程度呈正相关,HMGA2高表达会导致宫颈癌预后不良。HMGA2是宫颈癌发生发展过程中重要因子,miRNA、雌激素通过调控HMGA2表达调控肿瘤细胞,同时HMGA2也通过多种机制调节宫颈的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移及耐药性,本文就HMGA2在宫颈癌中的作用机制加以综述,为人们进一步研究HMGA2在宫颈癌方面的作用提供一定的依据。
