BOPPPS联合CPBL教学模式应用——以内分泌科临床实践教学为例效果评估

Abstract

目的:在内分泌临床实践教学中应用BOPPPS联合CPBL教学模式观察该教学模式相较于CPBL临床实践教学模式的教学效果。方法:91名临床医学专业本科实习生分为对照组(45名,应用临床问题为基础的教学法,CPBL)和实验组(46名,应用BOPPPS联合CPBL教学模式)。结果:两组性别与年龄及课前摸底测验差异均无统计学意义(2=0.32,P=0.67;t=-1.02,P=0.31;t=-0.24,P=0.74);两组课后测验成绩比较:差异有统计学意义(t=5.10,P<0.001)对照组(77.58±7.99)显著低于实验组(84.13±3.44);实验组教学效果问卷调查显示BOPPPS+CPBL教学效果良好。结论:BOPPPS联合CPBL教学模式在内分泌科临床实践教学中效果显著,可尝试在各专业临床实践教学中进一步推广和应用。
