QSM在神经退行性疾病中的应用研究

Abstract

神经退行性疾病是一类以神经元丢失、特定区域的细胞死亡和萎缩及脑铁沉积为主要特征的异质性复杂疾病,给社会带来了沉重的医疗负担。近年来,随着铁稳态失调学说的提出,QSM这一非侵入性的磁敏感定量成像技术被广泛应用于神经退行性疾病的研究,凭借其定量、无创、分辨率高等独特优势,QSM技术有望成为探索各种神经退行性疾病的发病机制、早期诊断标准及治疗策略的可靠工具。因此,本文就QSM技术在帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、亨廷顿病、肌萎缩侧索硬化症及多发性硬化等神经退行性疾病中的应用现状进行综述。
