耳屏压力刺激在麻醉复苏期的应用研究

Abstract
目的:本研究拟通过耳屏压力刺激迷走神经,观察其能否可以加快全身麻醉术后病人复苏,减少PACU滞留时间,为临床应用及理论研究提供研究依据。方法:选取于2022年8月至2023年9月在我院进行全身麻醉的患者160例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组均为80例。术前按常规全身麻醉方式诱导及气管插管,复苏时间以停止一切药物泵注与吸入为节点,对照组进行自然复苏及麻醉复苏室常规监测。观察组于此刻利用简易书夹夹住患者一侧耳屏穴位。同时以患者自然苏醒为结束节点,同时取下简易书夹。拔管后仍在复苏室观察至少20分钟,记录离开复苏室时间。结果:观察组患者术后完全复苏时间(41.01±23.27)min、PACU滞留时间(63.65±23.92)min明显低于对照组(50.25±22.28)min、(76.36±23.70)min,同时观察组的Steward评分(5.58±0.50)分明显高于对照组(5.40±0.49)分。其中18-60岁的中青年组中观察组复苏时间和滞留时间均小于对照组,而大于60岁的老年组两组对比却无统计学意义。结论:在麻醉复苏期间,予以患者15-30N的耳屏压力刺激,能够明显缩短患者麻醉苏醒时间、减少PACU滞留时间,提高复苏质量。该项技术对于ASAI、II级且年龄段位于18-60岁之间的中青年患者于麻醉复苏期是安全、有效且方便的。
