APS 合并 Felty 综合征病例 1 例

Abstract
目的：探讨1例自身免疫多内分泌腺病(autoimmune olyglandular syndrome,APS)合并Felty综合征(Felty’s syndrome,FS)的临床特点。明确诊断及预防的重要性,探讨可能的致病基因。方法：回顾性分析1例APS合并FS的临床资料,结合文献复习。结果：APS合并FS在临床中较为罕见,国内外首次报道。患者存在1型糖尿病和自身免疫型甲状腺炎,既往病史存在FS,目前予以胰岛素,甲状腺素替代治疗,补充造血原料。结论：APS2合并FS临床上十分罕见,HLA-DRB1*04等位基因可能是致病基因,治疗上主要以激素替代治疗为主,临床上应及时结合关节表现早期诊断,改善患者预后。
