探究LMO7对成纤维细胞迁移能力的调控作用

Abstract
特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)是因肺成纤维细胞在组织损伤-修复过程中功能失调而引发的慢性渐进性肺部疾病。肺成纤维细胞通过肺成纤维细胞-肌成纤维细胞转化(fibroblast-myofibroblast transition,FMT)过程,转化为增殖、迁移、细胞外基质分泌功能更强的肌成纤维细胞。过多的肌成纤维细胞通过分泌大量细胞外基质导致慢性渐进性肺呼吸功能降低。
