单孔腹腔镜在小儿阑尾炎手术中的应用进展

Abstract
小儿阑尾炎是儿外科常见急腹症,相较于成人来说,进展更加迅速,预后更差,手术切除是首选的治疗方式。阑尾炎的手术经历了传统的开腹手术,到现在的腹腔镜手术。由于腔镜手术显著的疗效优势,其在临床开始快速的普及和推广,从传统的三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术到现在流行的单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,但因单孔腹腔镜手术存在一定的局限性,近年来各学者对其疗效的研究仍存在很大的争议,故文章对单孔腹腔镜技术在小儿阑尾炎的应用进行综述。
