甲状腺乳头状癌概述

Abstract
甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid cancer,PTC)是所有甲状腺癌中最常见的恶性肿瘤,也是发病率迅速上升的少数癌症之一。PTC在生物学上通常是惰性的,大多预后良好,但超过25%的PTC患者在长期随访中出现复发。本文提供了PTC最新的简要概述,主要集中在流行病学、危险因素、诊断、治疗及预后等。
