进展性卒中发病机制及危险因素

Abstract
脑卒中对全人类健康的危害非常严重,是全球第三大常见死亡原因,也是导致成年人残疾的主要原因之一。神经功能恶化在缺血性卒中急性期很常见,早期卒中进展导致死亡和长期残疾占总负担的很大一部分。本文就急性缺血性卒中进展性卒中发病机制及危险因素做一综述。
