急性基底动脉闭塞血管内治疗的影像学评估

Abstract
基底动脉作为后循环系统的主干动脉闭塞时直接影响脑干功能,导致患者死亡率和致残率提高。随着近年来国内外多项随机对照试验不断开展,均表明前循环血管内治疗具有良好的预后效果。但对于后循环梗死尤其基底动脉闭塞患者治疗方式,尚且无同一标准,本文通过查阅相关文献发现,后循环基底动脉闭塞患者通过从不同影像学角度进行评估后,可判断该患者是否适合血管内治疗。
