子宫体中肾样腺癌一例并文献复习

Abstract
中肾样腺癌(mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma, MLA)是一类罕见的妇科恶性肿瘤,它被认为是一种沿中肾管分化的苗勒腺癌。该肿瘤发病率极低,子宫体发生极少。子宫体中肾样腺癌(mesonephric adenocarcinoma of the uterine corpus,UCMA)无典型的临床症状,最常表现为阴道出血,故其常需多方面结合明确诊断,如细胞学、免疫组化及分子学特征等,当中GATA3为中肾管腺癌的特异性标记物。UCMA预后不良,治疗方法常为手术和辅助性放化疗。本文根据有关文献,报道一例诊刮病理提示为UCMA患者,以期进一步提高人们对该病的认识。
