代谢综合征及其组分与胃癌相关性的研究进展

Abstract
我国是胃癌的高发国家。胃癌的发生与多种因素相关,尽管医疗水平较前提高,但胃癌的死亡率仍居高不下。因此推动胃癌的病因学研究并进行早期预防,可以实现降低胃癌的发病率。随着社会的发展,代谢紊乱引起的健康问题日益突出,研究表明多种癌症的发生与代谢性因素相关。代谢综合征是一组以肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常、以及高血压等聚集发病、严重影响机体健康的临床症候群,是一种代谢紊乱的病理状态。有研究表明代谢综合征增加了胃癌的发病风险,本文就代谢综合征及其组分与胃癌的相关性作一综述。
