用不同尺寸的CaCO3晶须加固的石塑墙板

Abstract

本研究探讨了建筑用石塑(SPC)墙板的开发和特性。这些墙板以不同尺寸的CaCO3晶须(CCW)作为增强剂。为了比较增强效果,测试了不同温度(-15°C、40°C、60°C)下同一方向的尺寸变化、温度稳定性和机械性能。通过数字游标卡尺、微电脑控制电子万能试验机和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了SPC面板的尺寸变化率、温度稳定性、机械性能和微观结构。结果表明,两种CCW晶须材料都能改善墙板的性能,而长CCW晶须在改善SPC板效果方面更为有效。
