壳聚糖涂膜和柑橘果皮提取物处理对采后沙糖桔保鲜效果的影响

Abstract
为探究壳聚糖涂膜与柑橘果皮提取物(ES)对沙糖桔采后保鲜的作用,本研究以沙糖桔果实为材料,设置ES处理组(壳聚糖+柑橘果皮提取物)和蒸馏水对照组(CK)。结果表明:ES处理显著减缓了总酚、总黄酮含量的降低,抑制了丙二醛(MDA)的积累,降低了多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,并维持了较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性。综上,壳聚糖涂膜与柑橘果皮提取物复合处理能有效提升沙糖桔采后贮藏品质。
