干燥方式和阴干时间对香茅精油提取率的影响

Abstract

以新鲜香茅为原料,采用阴干、烘干、晒干3种方式进行干燥,通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜草和干燥后的香茅精油,分析干燥方式和阴干时间对精油提取率的影响。结果表明,7号、15号和17号香茅经阴干、烘干、晒干后,与鲜草相比,阴干能显著提高3份香茅资源精油提取率;阴干1~10d均能显著提高17号和23号香茅精油提取率,17号以阴干1d的提取率(3.39‰)最高,23号以阴干2d的提取率(1.52‰)最高;阴干4~12h能显著提高7号香茅精油提取率,阴干2~12h能显著提高15号和17号精油提取率,阴干10h均能达到最佳提取率。
