不同纳米银加蔗糖处理方式对洋桔梗切花的保鲜效应

Abstract
本论文探究不同浓度纳米银(nano-silver,NS)与蔗糖处理对洋桔梗‘露西塔’(Eustoma grandiflorum‘Lucetta’)的保鲜效应,为切花保鲜提供理论依据。试验以去离子水瓶插为对照,多种不同浓度纳米银(NS)和蔗糖组合溶液的预处理及后续瓶插处理为试验组,在人工气候调控室测定切花瓶插寿命、日观赏值等指标。结果表明:与对照(去离子水)相比,试验组均可改善洋桔梗切花的观赏品质,并显著延长瓶插寿命。尤其,经20mgL-1NS+10%蔗糖溶液预处理24h后再瓶插于10mgL-1NS+5%蔗糖或5mgL-1NS+2.5%蔗糖溶液中,可显著延长其瓶插寿命,并可有效维持切花整个瓶插期间的日平均观赏值、鲜重及水分平衡值。其中,20mgL-1NS+10%蔗糖溶液预处理24h后再瓶插于5mgL-1NS+2.5%蔗糖溶液的保鲜效果最佳。该处理方式有望应用于洋桔梗切花的采后处理与保鲜,为切花保鲜研究提供参考。
