竹花叶病毒强弱株系对烟草转录组的影响

Abstract

本研究以竹花叶病毒强病毒株系S和弱病毒株系HA7侵染的本氏烟为对象,利用转录组测序对不同样本间的基因表达差异进行比较。结果表明,与对照组相比,接种HA7,差异基因上调表达503个,下调表达601个,KEGG注释到79个差异基因,共富集到61条通路上,其中萜类骨架的生物合成和淀粉和蔗糖代谢通路富集程度最高;接种S,上调表达732个,下调表达656个,KEGG注释到87个差异基因,共富集到64条通路上,其中精氨酸-脯氨酸代谢和赖氨酸降解通路富集程度最高;但是接种S与接种HA7相比,差异性较少,有137个基因上调,下调表达了39个。统计发现,强弱病毒侵染后与对照组相比,差异表达的基因主要共同富集在类胡萝卜素的生物合成、氰氨基酸代谢、光合作用、光合作用-天线蛋白、植物激素信号转导和萜类骨架的生物合成。
