论人工智能对创意工作者的影响

Abstract

人工智能(A1)技术的快速发展为创意行业的员工和公司创造了潜在的发展和挑战(Georgeetal.,2023)。本文主要讨论了人工智能对创意产业工作者的各种影响,它从版权问题、行业内工作者的就业状况、技术发展等方面探讨了人工智能对创作者的影响。基于这三个角度,本文提出了三个可能的解决方案,首先,不同国家的政府用法律来保护企业家的成就和工作。然而,在监管和透明度方面,法律在创造人工智能方面存在差距。(Stix & Maas,2021),第二,创作工作者可以提高自己的创造力,开发更好的作品,或者开发新的创作模式。这种模式可以是绘画、音乐或视频结合人工智能创造的新的表达形式。这将有助于增加创造性工作者的就业机会。最后,有创造力的工人可以依靠工会来增加他们的议价能力。这将有助于确保创意工作者收入的稳定性。使用这三种方法可以帮助减少AI对创意工作者的负面影响。然而,不同的国家文化和价值观可能会影响这些方法的实施。
