Doctoral supervisor, director of the Department of Management Science of Xi’an Jiaotong University, and director of the Institute of Intelligent Decision and Optimization. He was selected as the Elsevier Highly Cited Scholar in China for 6 consecutive years (2014-2019) and was selected as the first batch of young people at Xi’an Jiaotong University Top talent support program, and he is the leader of the youth innovation team in Shaanxi universities. Mainly engaged in theoretical and practical research in the fields of "Internet +" business model and strategy, big data analysis and management decision-making, complex engineering and R&D project management, new product and Internet platform management. He has successively published 2 monographs, 1 textbook, and more than 70 academic journal articles, including 35 journal articles retrieved by SCI and SSCI. Served as an editorial board member of the top journal IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management in the field of engineering and technology management and the international academic journal Journal of Management and Strategy, served as the deputy secretary-general of the Youth Working Committee of the China Management Modernization Research Association, and the sustainable operation of the China System Engineering Society Member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering. He has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects (1 has been completed and was later evaluated as excellent), is responsible for a major national social science sub-project, participated in or presided over more than 10 other national, provincial and ministerial projects. As the first person to complete, he won one second prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, one third prize of Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, one first prize of Shaanxi University Humanities and Social Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award, Shaanxi Higher Education One first prize of the school science and technology award.
