In 2012, he received the excellent doctoral dissertation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In 2015, he was selected as the "Guangxi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Improvement Program for Overseas Studying Talents" and "Boschke Young Teachers' Innovative Talent Cultivation and Subsidy Program." "Cultivation Program for Key Teachers" won the second and third prizes of teaching achievements of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2017, and won the first prize of Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award twice in 2013 and 2011.

Mainly focus on the quantitative analysis and design of the durability of concrete structures, the life-cycle performance degradation mechanism and safety assessment of concrete structures, the random analysis and risk assessment of engineering structures, presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and more than 10 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, Applied for 14 national invention patents, 7 computer software copyrights, 1 academic monograph. Published more than 110 academic papers in well-known journals such as  Engineering Structures, Journal of Engineering Mechanics-ASCE, Journal of Structural Engineering-ASCE, Science of China, China Civil Engineering JournalJournal of Building Structures, and Journal of Building Materials (including more than 20 papers in SCI and more than 50 papers in EI), as the main technical staff, edited 3 local standards and guidelines, and participated in editing national industries Standard 1.
