The main role of aesthetic education is to help students develop the ability to learn, appreciate, and create beauty, in order to enhance their aesthetic ability. Aesthetic education is crucial for students' healthy growth. Therefore, in the new perspective, universities should start from the actual needs of students, strengthen the integration of ideological and political education and aesthetic education in universities, and explore a more suitable ideological and political teaching method for contemporary students.
