在线课程建设的机遇与挑战

Abstract

以慕课为主要导向的在线课程建设是大学教育改革的潮流，以翻转课堂为混合式教学的主要形式，以微视频作为慕课建设的主要手段。在这个建设过程中，学习者和授课者都有诸多挑战和机遇。如何避免建设中的片面评价机制，如何避免微视频的滥用，如何提高授课者的业务水平，都是教育工作者应该思考和改善的问题。针对各种挑战，提出了加强教师建科能力的培训机制和实施过程化考核的方案，避免片面评价。
